God is Always at Work
You wake up and breathe in fresh air, you have breakfast and are satisfied and ready to go. With God we are always covered, protected and guided. We can be grateful that HE IS the I AM.
This 2024 has been a time of new beginnings, new adventures and new ministry opportunities.
New Generation of Mighty men and women of God
New beginnings: Elliott and Chrystel with their children have moved to Costa Rica and are working and ministering with us at the Cave of Adullam. We know that they are sent by God to help continue the work here in Costa Rica.
New Adventures: The mission field is always an adventure. Hiking in the jungle to get to the people and share the Good News. Going on river boats to reach the faraway, forgotten people to give them Hope. adventuring to a rural area to take food and share the Love of Jesus even though you are wet from rain and full of mud from the terrain. Sitting with the people sharing and praying for God to show up. He always Does. Hundreds of Children running and playing, getting a meal and hearing how much God loves them. The month of October and November this year was rain, rain, rain and no sun. It was very dreary and wet for about 30 plus days. Homes were flooded and lots of land slides but all in all we see God at work.
New Ministry Opportunity: We ventured to a new place in Sarapiqui where the people live in shacks. First time that they had someone go to them and remind them that they are not alone. God loves them and is always with them. Medical outreach has taken off with Chiropractic and general Doctor. We have had the opportunity to minister to others that would not show up to a children or women’s gathering. Definitely New Ministry opportunities.
May The Lord continue to bless you and always provide all your needs. As we enter this new year 2025 may we all serve and love the Lord with all of our Hearts and being.
Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, since as members of one body you were called to peace. And be thankful. Let the message of Christ dwell among you richly as you teach and admonish one another with all wisdom through psalms, hymns, and songs from the Spirit, singing to God with gratitude in your hearts. And whatever you do, whether in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him. Col. 3:15-17
